A year ago AJ provided excellent service and that is the reason i continue to be their loyal customer. But, unfortunately it’s worst now. I got the iptv subscription (1yr) on Aug 15 2026 and Sep 16 2026 it was showing on my tv screen that my subscription will expire on sep 19 2026. Right away I text them via WhatsApp that why it’s expiring I paid for 1yr. From sep 15 i’m trying to get hold of them but no one is answering call or reverting back to my text. Very disappointing service. I purchased a one-year subscription, but within the first week or two, I started getting errors and couldn’t watch anything. I’ve contacted customer service several times. They never pick up the call and later on they block me because of calling them . Such a scam people. Don’t fall for this stupid services. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend buying a six-month or one-year subscription.
Bad communication. Tried to get set up and they read texts and don't reply. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere
I have been using their service since last year and I am really happy so far. Great customer service! Exceptional experience! I highly recommend the service.
