I injured my ankle back in January and due to other health issues it took a while to be seen at the fracture clinic but from the initial appointment call until my last visit the staff I spoke with have always been friendly and informative. There are always going to be people who leave negative reviews because they have to wait but I can guarantee you they spend longer than they are allotted appointment time when THEY are in speaking with the doctor, so they should understand exactly why the doctors run behind schedule. Just recently right before Christmas 2024 I had clevicle surgery performed by Dr. Sayed and his team at Western hospital . Thank you very much for a fantastic job! I also have very positive impression about high professional level of medical stuff including triage and XR department!
