been a patient for a few years, always seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time, nurses and physicians have always been very kind and helpful. phone lines are sometimes hard to get through,which is to be expected with a team this big- but I always receive a call back quickly when I leave a message. online booking, I always try to book way in advance, but more urgent matters are always addressed quickly with other staff that have availability. overall very satisfied with treatment here
Like all the reviews here, people are rude. Emily Dermer is no exception and is one that’s not compassionate at all as a doctor. Came one evening for my appointment and I was late for 10 mins. I apologized and it wasn’t my intention at all to be late. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly. She wouldn’t see me anymore despite the fact that there isn’t any patient waiting in their clinic. The doctors have been good but the smell of mould in the waiting room is overwhelming.
Always friendly and the best professionals. Wonderful facility.
