Terrible Experience at This Family Health Team I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule a check-up appointment for a Pap smear test since April. I was repeatedly told to call back month after month, and I finally secured an appointment in October. When I arrived, the secretary sent me to the wrong room, making me wait 40 minutes.
