Dr. Karen Tu has been *amazing* over the years (very knowledgeable & comprehensible)! Dr. Onella Charles, covering for Dr. Tu during her leave, is *awesome* and very kind. And a quick thanks to Sharon, whom I've known for decades!
My husband, child (2.5 years) and I have been with this clinic and Dr. Sivaptham for 2.5 years and I can only say great things. The doctor and nursing staff are all very friendly, attentive and caring. The urgent care clinic has been a lifesaver. It has not been overly hard to reach someone to talk to and get appointments. Continuity of care is terrible. Only still go here because it’s connected to the hospital which makes any tests very easy.
I have received nothing but horrible care from this facility. Expect long wait times for appointments, no real consult from actual doctors, and a game of cat and mouse that makes you worse off than when you started.
We love Toronto Western Family Health Team. Our family joined about 4 years ago and have been so pleased with Dr. Catherine Ji and Dr. Nitai Gelber. We could not ask for a more caring, thoughtful, proactive medical team. Very grateful to be part of this practice.
