We love Toronto Western Family Health Team. Our family joined about 4 years ago and have been so pleased with Dr. Catherine Ji and Dr. Nitai Gelber. We could not ask for a more caring, thoughtful, proactive medical team. Very grateful to be part of this practice.
I have been a patient of this Family Health Team for over 30 years . I have always received wonderful care from all members of the team . The reception staff are always friendly and helpful . I have received exceptional care from nurses and doctors and I thank heaven that I can trust my health to them .
I was given a Doctor note for work. It was so descriptive of my condition, embarrassing to have to hand over to a boss. WHY DOES MY WORKPLACE NEED TO KNOW WHAT MY WOOHOO LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE??!! Isn’t this a breach of privacy? Don’t you have a confidential act? Could you not be professional and just say “due to medical reasons”???? My boss was embarrassed for me. Now I’m staring them in the face and silently repeating “yes, my vagina is swollen and painful”.
My GP Dr. J. Bloom is a very knowledgeable, understanding, caring and kind. He has a funny sense of humour at just the moment it’s required. The whole team from the medical reception, who do their utmost best to assist and support the patients. The incredible caring, empathetic and skillful R.N’s and NP’s. The Chiropodist is also amazing. The Bathurst FHT are an amazing group of caring and dedicated individuals.
