Seamless self-check in process, doctors are very efficient yet thorough, able to get all my needs met. They have a dynacare right next door which makes it easy to get testing done and also see your result online. As good as FHTs can get!
I have only had amazing treatment at this family health team. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and informative. I love Dr. Kaasa and the residents I’ve met have been great.
There’s been a change. Waiting 6 weeks for Dr appointment. Grumpy nurse. Difficult to fill in questionnaire making appt on line.
Provided personal health information to a third party which may have belonged to another patient without their consent or knowledge. It is notable that TWFHT refused to address the issue directly with the patient, did not voluntarily report the breach of privacy to the UHN Privacy Office nor the Information and Privacy Commissioner, nor inform affected patients that their health information may have been shared.
