Horrible, rude, very impersonal service coming from their rude arrogant self-righteous overly sensitive female receptionist from our visit last April 13th 2026 around 5pm. Instead of just getting through with our check-in quickly so the people behind us could get checked in as well, she would rather stop the check-in, argue and insult us on how right she is, and how wrong we are. Dr. Karen Tu has been *amazing* over the years (very knowledgeable & comprehensible)! Dr. Onella Charles, covering for Dr. Tu during her leave, is *awesome* and very kind. And a quick thanks to Sharon, whom I've known for decades!
My husband, child (2.5 years) and I have been with this clinic and Dr. Sivaptham for 2.5 years and I can only say great things. The doctor and nursing staff are all very friendly, attentive and caring. The urgent care clinic has been a lifesaver. It has not been overly hard to reach someone to talk to and get appointments. Sometimes they are over the phone but depending on the topic that works very well. Continuity of care is terrible. Only still go here because it’s connected to the hospital which makes any tests very easy.
