Clean environment, Worry free I swear to you I tried waxing being and it was a nightmare and so painful I was traumatized I found toronto was and decided to give them a try I was so amazed great customer service and the pain I was expecting was no where near what I felt I would recommend to anyone especially if ur scared of it's ur first time just take a pain killer half hour before and u are ok
