If you love your pet, think carefully before coming here. My cat was treated twice for urinary blockage, catheterized, and sent home each time at significant cost. The care was temporary, and no one clearly explained the long-term solution or real prognosis. Only after I had spent nearly $4,000 was I told that a radiologist -who apparently only works weekdays, had identified kidney stones as the cause days earlier. This critical information was not communicated to us in a timely manner. I was then informed that surgery would... read more

Only now after all these years , I’m making this review because it took me this long to get less upset about it. In early 2020, my dog was taken into the icu. She was there for a week and after $10000 she passed. There were 3 drs in the icu unit, 2 of them were great, but one of them (they rotated). Basically, that night my dog bled out and she didn’t even bother giving my an update or anything until the next morning. I can't begin to explain how wonderful everyone is at this clinic. We adopted an older rescue who was having lots of health issues. We had tests done at over 5 vets and not one could figure out what was wrong with Max. Dr. Smith saw Max and figured out what disease he had right away. Dr. Smith got him on a special diet and meds and he made such a great recovery. He was so close to death before we met Dr Smith. Dr. Smith and her team were amazing with Max and because of her he got a great second half of his life. (we got him ... read more

Visited the Emergency Hospital with our 12 year old male who was showing signs of physical distress, nausea, etc. It was late at night but the team did an excellent job, were very thorough and communicated very effectively. Overall, while I hope you never have to go for an emergency, if you do I would be comfortable recommending this location. Would definitely go back as needed.
