I came in with my very pregnant dog to check on one of the pups. Wait was maybe 45 min but its an ER setting and she wasn't critical. When we were seen by the doctor, he was caring, compassionate, and answered all of my many questions.
FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! My dog had a hip dislocation and was in severe pain. When something like this happened in the past, another clinic took care of it for ~$300 and the Vet fixed it in 2 min. Update: After 8 days, we are still waiting for someone to call us with Jax's bloodwork results. I have called twice and emailed as well. We paid $258.05. + Tax for these tests and we were told 25 - 48 hours for these results and nothing!! We had our first experience at this emergency vet as our 11 year old Golden Retriever Jax had a seizure for the first time and we didn't know what to do. Originally we rushed to our vet. My very precious boy had to get a surgery here to fix a broken elbow. They also brought in the internal medicine doctor at the same time as he was suffering from protein loss and cushings. She put him on meds post surgery and from that point his appetite declined instantly. I tried to reach out several times for consult on the reaction and never got a response.
