We came in today for our first oncologist appointment, which had us both filled with anxiety. I have a Frenchie who’s close to five years old. Dr. Patten was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner is exceptional and so is his team. We’re thrilled to have such a caring wonderful group of people on our side.

I’ve visited numerous emergency centers over the years, and this one truly takes the cake. My dog had a cancerous tumor removed, and the surgeon and their team were phenomenal. They took incredible care of my fur baby and provided clear, precise instructions for post-op care. They told me to reach out if I had any concerns—and I did. Amazing customer service. My dog started having multiple seizures and when I called around to local vets they would not take him. We were told to come here and they were fantastic. Starting from Krustin on the phone he was quick, informative and told me to come in right away. When we arrived, the doctor took him right away. Thank you SO much to the team at VCA TVEH. Our dog had a perforated ulcer and needed emergency surgery, and the team of nurses, doctors, surgeons, and staff were so quick to diagnose him and take him into surgery. The staff were so compassionate with us, and kept us in the loop through every step. Our dog stayed at the hospital for 7 nights, and we were able to visit and speak to the doctors and nurses throughout.
