We were very impressed. We took our dog in for a consultation as suggested by our vet as our dog was hit by a car before we adopted her and her broken bones healed in an irregular way. The surroundings are bright and cheerful and staff were very friendly. We were particularly impressed with Dr Porter who was patient and kind and actually recommended against expensive surgery as benefit was unclear and suggested ways for our dog to live with the issue at least until she needs a hip replacement. I was hesitant based on the reviews to bring my one year old cat here after she developed (severe) pneumonia after a routine spay but THS referred me due to the severity of the situation and assured me she would be in good hands. I wasn’t sure if she was going to make it but Dr. Nasser and Dr. Floras went above and beyond to explain everything to me and treat her accordingly and she is now home. Not too happy that they lost my cat carrier and don't seem concerned about it. That is an old carrier that has wheels. I need it. I have arthritis and a hip replacement and use a cane. I cannot carry a carrier. They gave me a loaner that I could barely carry.
