THEY SAVED MY CAT’S LIFE! I had initially come to TVEH on a recommendation from a vet to have my cat undergo a blood transfusion. That same vet told me to consider euthanasia… I cried for days. Upon arrival at TVEH, I was greeted with a calm presence and warm smiles. Every single person here has incredible patience and treats you the way you should be in these stressful times. I brought my dog to emerg here and Dr. Katryna was amazing. she was incredibly kind, patient, and extremely thorough. she took the time to really explain everything to me in depth and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. you can tell she is smart and knows what she’s doing, she made both me and my dog feel very comfortable and cared for. the team followed up right away the next day with his results and continued to check in until he was feeling better. thank you so much for the excellent care
I have personally used TVEH over the last decade and a half f for multiple senior dog emergencies and my most or recent trip last month for two cats. The people who work at this vet, whether front desk, triage or emergency veterinarian are incredible people. What they see on a daily basis must be overwhelming and quite possibly heart breaking at times. Even with that they are able to act quick, fast and professional. Everyone on the TVEH team, especially Dr. Lane, were wonderful in supporting my beloved cat Mr. Ham fight a scary and aggressive form of cancer. They were always there to answer questions, and went above and beyond in trying to help my cat achieve the highest quality of life that he could. The team treated Mr. Ham kindly and helped him feel safe every step of the way. Mr. Ham loves his new friends at the hospital!
