Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t even call you back or reply to msgs. I wonder if there ratings and reviews are all fake. And don’t try to tell me you have no call logs from me. Here is the proof
Absolutely terrible customer service. If you’re looking to wait weeks for someone to even get back to you this is the place.
I had my MiraDry treatment with Joanne and had a good experience. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. Waiting on results.
Jo-Anne made sure to thoroughly explain the whole miradry process and it was amazing!! Highly recommend this clinic
