I went there and was told there was no water at all after 9 pm. Had a terrible sleep, but they told me that 2.3 hours was all the minutes that I slept, and convinced me to buy a $900. machine (which I took back). I was told no refunds, but because I ended up at the ER due to trouble breathing, they gave me a refund. I will try another place as I think the Dr has a cut on the sales of the machines and would never go there again.
My technician was very informative and answered all my questions. He was friendly, gentle when putting the electrodes? on my head. He asked me what time I would like to be called in the morning before 7:00am & did just that. I loved the room I was in. Comfortable bed, I like that each room has its own washroom. He was Very kind and empathetic when he woke me up in the morning. I've been to old clinic but this one is better. And free parking to top it off!! I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Thank you everyone :~)
