This woman must be stopped. I came in for a pedicure, and the final product did look good. However, she took a sick amount of joy in causing me pain. She would cut the toenail partially, then use all of her strength to rip the nail out the rest of the way. I was nearly in tears begging her to stop but she refused. She was diabolical , smiling and animated at the amount of pain she was causing. Cut the toenail properly, and fully, there shouldn’t be a need to rip a persons toenail off! I just needed a simple mani / pedi (not a full spa experience) and an eyebrow wax before a trip. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The staff were nice and I got in on short notice.
