They change your appointment and notify you of a different date than you have initially agreed upon. Then they make you wait for more than 2 hours despite showing up at the agreed time
Excellent doctor and staff . Their Fairview Mall Drive location was on time and very professional, best liver centre in Toronto Looking at their reviews I've noticed there's a huge difference in between their Dufferin and Fairview locations ,with Dufferin being constantly getting 1 star reviews . The owners/manager should actually read and listen to what people say and do something about it because it's a shame for dr Magdy to get 1 star reviews due to a rude receptionist.
The front desk staff was professional . Nurse Maria was very professional, patient and helpful and calmly went through all details. .
Visited the clinic today with my mom and had a wonderful experience. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. Nurse Maria is absolutely wonderful—kind, calming, and so caring. She made me feel completely at ease and truly listened. Such a rare and special experience. Thank you !!!!
Stay Away. Disgusting office. No hygiene. No respect for patients. He may be a liver specialist but I'd rather die than go back!
