I have been a patient here for about 2 years so if you can choose another provider it’s a good time. No one needs to deal with a team of disorganized people who like to blame others for any reason. They don’t answer their emails. They make arrangements on behalf of you with imaging lab. They don’t inform you on changes. They don’t respect your time you may end up waiting hours according to them at least 2 hrs. They also don’t answer phones try it. And their voice mail box is always full. They give you an appointment and then it's a 2h wait before you see anyone - they even have signs in the waiting room saying that that is their standard practice (see photo). Why not give an accurate appointment time for 2h later instead of wasting everyone's time??? So disrespectful to their patients' time. When I asked about it the receptionist compared it to an ER but this isn't a drop in clinic, I was given an appointment time months ago.
