The Service coordinator, Bini, was most helpful and offered prompt service to clean and service our fireplace. Ahmet, our service professional did a thorough cleaning and was very informative about what he was doing. Our fireplace had not been cleaned in five years and we were very pleased with the result. Both Home Comfort professionals were courteous and helpful.

We had a fabulous experience from Sonny at the front end for sales consultation and Chris finishing with the installation.
Thanks to Bini in service dpt , his knowledge and prompt response we got the missing parts to the fireplace ASAP. Great job!!!!!I will definitely recommend this store to our friends.
Do not use. They charged $450.00 for a service call and they did not fix the fireplace. All they did was tell us it was unsafe and turned off the gas. Another company fixed the fireplace and all it was was a knob adjustment.
