I have been calling them for more than 3 weeks to get the update on my referral sent by my provider. They never answered the call or followed up with my voice mails. All I needed was an answer whether they can take me. If they say they cannot, i do not have to waste time and can look for a different doctor and send another referral. This is really frustrating. I jave called 5 times with no answer. I wish google had 0 star rating.
