Nobody EVER answers the phone
I had a morning appointment on a weekend and the clinic was running 45+ mins behind schedule. Staff were not super friendly and didn’t have much time to answer questions - very rushed!
Terrible ent visit.rushed and not sincere. Doctor said there’s nothing wrong with my ear…meanwhile I was quite off balance just getting to my appointment, I had an ear infection the whole time, it got to the point where I could barely walk. Very disappointed
Very friendly and professional. Took time and did not rush . Explained everything in normal terms . Great experience.
