Doctors destroyed my mom's kidneys. Horrible staff in the dialysis unit.
Had a quadruple bypass heart surgery. It was so scary to have a heart attack & then be told what was required. However ALL staff were professional, compassionate & supportive from Emergency to surgical staff, etc.
First time at TGH it was amazing staff were nice and helpful signage was clear as well so easy to find various departments
