I came to this ER at 8 PM with severe heart pain. Earlier that afternoon, I had experienced intense heart pain and felt like I was having a heart attack. I was having chest pain, dizziness, nausea, and weakness. Most likely I had either a serious stomach problem or a heart-related problem.
