This rating is for the chaotic system - not only because the arrogance from the general reception (when you call the number above), but also how they can miss your injection without an explanation and resolution. I called in for PaCO2 test, a blood test that should be done (and probably can only be done) in hospital, and the receptionist keeps asking me to call Lifelab and saying the hospital do not have the equipment - when you check the pulmonary function lab, it's right on their page. Best hospital in the world and Canada my mother was liver transplant on this hospital the nurses on ICU and doctors all very good care my mother and I also proud for the transplant team and I’m very happy for that the Toronto general hospital hopefully become a the best hospital in the world thank you Canada thank you doctors

It was discussing thrown from pillar to post.begged to be taken care of.ambulance came 4 times b4 I was admitted. Due to very high blood pressure .was turned away saying it was ok 208/108 finally was admitted .and now it affected my kidneys...food for a kidney patient was cold bread and cold hard boiled egg for breakfast. I left there feeling worse then I was admitted..only thing was a kind dr got my BP under control.
