The emergency night shift nurse, *Vitny* Displayed a shocking lack of compassion and professionalism. Her behavior was hostile, aggressive, and completely unacceptable . She treated patients with hostility, was aggressive, and came across as someone who clearly dislikes her job. Her behavior felt more like bullying than care. My daughter was recently admitted to the Internal Medicine Department at Toronto General Hospital. I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical team, doctors, and nurses in the department, especially nurse Copper was truly exceptional – kind, professional, and compassionate. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and made a very stressful time so much easier for our family. We are deeply grateful for her care. TGH is lucky to have her.
