They don’t pay their delivery guys on time, netheir they receive calls nor reply to messages once the delivery is done!
When tragedy struck my extended family, I was away, so I ordered from TFF almost immediately, hoping for the best as haven’t ordered fresh flowers online before, and a major snowstorm sweeping across North America the day of the Funeral service. I did find out from family that the cross arrangement arrived to T&P Butler FH on time and perfect looking as described on their website. Much, much appreciated!
THIS IS A SCAM I had to order funeral arrangements in a short notice and had no time to read reviews prior to ordering. It was unfortunate because this company actually has so many bad reviews. I was worried as there are so many bad reviews my experience was wonderful . The flowers were beautiful I ordered the Red Carnations and White Rose standing spray. It was full and fragrant with large roses lots of Carnations. We were very happy with the arrangement and service
