Completely disrespectful of people’s time. Obviously 100’s of people are booked each day. As a result the wait time is at least 4 hours. Will not return under any circumstances.
Dr Adam is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a very kind Surgeon. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures you get the best care for your eyes. Highly recommend!
Reception area is people are stacked like sardines. Do not go to dr Johnathon Micelli If you are seeking a full neuro-optometric or vestibular evaluation, ask in advance what tests will actually be performed. In my case, my 2 year old glasses were put on a machine and used to note my current vision numbers they are outdated glasses and not accurate for testing my vision. Awful experience at this location and would definitely not recommend. All the comments are correct, I waited over 5 hrs just to be told in less then 5 minutes and in a very rude manner that I need to lose weight and that I have to do it with medication because I won’t be able to do it on my own. No thank you… won’t be seeing me again.
