0 start ! I had a very disappointing experience at Toronto Dermatology Centre. First of all, I clearly told them multiple times that I cannot do Wednesdays due to an important standing work meetings. Despite this, three different times after cancellations, the only appointment options I was offered were Wednesdays again. I had an appointment today and they closed without telling anyone. No warning or notice, it says they’re open online, just a sign on the elevator. Complete waste of money and time.
Every time I visit Toronto Dermatology Center I can’t stop smiling. Whether it’s indulging in Mahalia’s luxurious facials or just chatting with the lovely ladies at the front desk when picking up my skinceutical products it’s always a pleasure to visit. Priya, Kori, and Chardai always go above and beyond in helping me out. Looking forward to my next visit soon!
Despite three separate referral attempts from my family physician, this clinic has declined each request to schedule an appointment without providing an explanation. This lack of communication and coordination is highly unprofessional and creates a significant barrier to necessary care.
