Reception is fine, but Dr. Lu was not only late to the consultation, but continuously interrupted me while I was answering her questions, she was judgmental and she acted outside of her boundaries. Thankfully, this made it quick and easy for me to know for sure she will not be allowed to perform invasive procedures on me.
Stay away from this doctors office! The reception ladies never pick up the phone! and not even return any phone calls or voice messages! No reply on emails too! Some doctors have no care as well, not replying parents phone calls or emails! Terrible service! You will be amazed some doctors Google reviews even under 3.0, terrible service, even this chronic disease centre Google review only 2.7. Nobody willing to help and respect patients in this centre!
Dr Uthman is great. Front desk staff is very blunt and direct, but I'm fine with that. Wait times are always high even with appointments.
