Review for Dr. Siva 2330 Kennedy Rd, Suite 210, Scarborough, ON M1T 0A2 Toronto Chronic Diabetes Clinic I am a 55+ patient at Dr. Siva’s Toronto Chronic Diabetes Clinic, and I have had a very frustrating experience with the front desk. I became sick and tried many times to call to cancel and reschedule my appointment, but no one answered the phone. I also sent an email and never received a reply. Terrible!!!!! I wish I could give lower than a star. They cancel visits as they like. Reschedule as they like. As if people have no life/work/family. And when you try to call them they don't pick up. How on earth am I supposed to tell you the time doesnt work for me???

Referred here by family doctor to Dr.E.Uthman (Interest/Nephrologist). The wait was not that long. The receptionists were both attentive and helpful. The consultation and check-up went great. Dr Uthman speaks very good English. He explains and very knowledgeable. Parking is very spacious and is just infront of the bldg. You enter the door that has signage above that says “Aguincourt Professional Centre”. This is beside the Shoppers Drugmart.

This place is a disaster, no respect no dignity for elderly sick people. This place should be close down! Very rude receptionist no care al all. It’s like clock work for them. Emotionless knowing people are going through health problems they make it harder. If you were recommended here don’t waste your time. Get a referral somewhere else.
