Extremely rude and unprofessional. I briefly stopped to unload a heavy food delivery and was immediately confronted in an aggressive manner instead of being spoken to respectfully. Customer service starts with treating people with basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here
These guys are horrible ! Do not buy a car with them !! Call omvict if they rip you off and report them now ! My experience is this .. I applied for a car on June 1 2026 .. took them 7 weeks to get the car ready .. nobody answered the phone . . Salesperson asked me if I was high when I told him I want my money back .. I still haven’t got my deposit back and I’ve been asking for a week or so . Honestly when u go there and they do something like this just report to omvict let them deal with them .
