Dr. Jane Hsieh was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!
Before I saw Dr. Wong, I was quite worried after seeing the review here about him, BUT I honestly had the complete opposite experience. He was really kind. He asked many questions around every reaction that I had and actually took the time to listen to what I was going through. He explained things to me in a way that made sense, and I never once felt dismissed or rushed. I really appreciated his thoroughness! For me, Dr. Wong was respectful, professional, and very approachable. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Jane Hsieh was great, she listened and answered all my questions I had, she was kind and very helpful. The lady at front desk was also very kind. I had a great experience here and will return to this location if I ever need to again in the near future.
Dr. Wong was dismissive of my wife’s chronic issues, and even laughed at her. Perhaps he didn’t understand that our visit to his clinic was step 15 in a multi-year quest to get to the bottom of her histamine responses. Maybe what she’s facing is not the job of an allergist indeed! I’m even sympathetic to that viewpoint, but his dismissive nature was anything but persuasive. At my first appointment, Dr. Park was extremely detailed in her explanation about my allergy situation. I am looking forward to my next appointment for great service. Oh, the receptionist was very pleasant!
