I was referred to this clinic expecting individualized support, but much of the program consisted of repetitive self-directed education and generalized workshops. I was repeatedly directed to TAPMI pain modules despite already having years of experience managing chronic pain due to a congenital condition. Im writing this review because Ive read all the one star reviews, and then I went and had my own experience with TAPMI. Totally useless. You have to wait a VERY long time for an appointment at WCH. Their treatment is CBT online course material. Avoid the aggravation and disappointment and refuse the referral. As a foot note, I was given nabilone. It left me bed ridden and totally out of it for 2 days. I called the doctors office at WCH to report this and asked for a call back. To this day, I have yet to receive a call back. Thats how much they care.

Incompetent, uncommitted people who, honestly, I have no idea why they even have these jobs. They’d be more useful doing the dishes and cleaning their houses. I wish I had read the reviews for this place before asking for a referral. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since August. To begin with, the clinic doesn’t even have an email address, which makes contacting them extremely difficu... read more
