We hired Ron to repair our mower seven months ago. And paid him upfront to purchase parts. I continued to ask him to fix the mower once he had the parts. Finally, one month ago, after begging him, he finally came to put the deck on the mower that he previously purchased for us. After 30 minutes of work, he told me that the company he purchased it from gave him the wrong part. For the last month he has been completely unresponsive to my texts and phone calls. We’re cutting our losses.
After endless hours on the phone with Cub Cadet "service tech", and absolutely no help.. this fine fellow gave me the right advice and I finished my repair on a snow blower in 15 minutes. If he's THAT good on the phone, his in house repairs must be incredible!
Worst experience ever, we paid him $200. He came to our house and he said he fixed the snow blower from leaking. The same day in the evening, we noticed it is still leaking, I am calling him since that day, not picking up the calls and not responding. Worst service ever, and I would strongly suggest not to use his service. Very unprofessional and don’t know his job.
I never heard back from them. Maybe I missed them?
Ron and his son were so pleasant and personable. Found the problem with both our snow blower and tiller. Both machines were thoroughly checked out, carburetors cleaned, and are running smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Ronnie Sloan and his son for any small engine repair.
