I asked friends on Facebook to recommend a good pest control company as I was having termite issues. I chose 3 companies and received 3 estimates. I chose Toro Pest Management because they didn't recommend tenting. They imbedded several ground termite stations around my house and where the termites were feasting on my interior baseboard and door trims they adhered black boxes of poison which the termites gravitate to and it kills the infestation. As I am writing this review, my cat is in the clinic and this has been since last night at 1 am. This company came to fumigate and left all residue all over the house saying that it's not dangerous after 3 hours. Their instructions were after 3 hours you can walk in no problem including the cat. We asked them do we have to clean? no just wash the clothes that are exposed... We asked what about the cat? they said oh no problem he can walk in with you. I can't believe this company took care of my roach problem I had in my building complex. After their recommendations and service visits by not only their technician but also with their Service Supervisor, my building is finally roach free. I could not be more happy. I can not say thank you enough.
Save your money and don't let these guys fool you. The owner claims how soooo many years of experience he has but doesn't make any effort to come and see you. Instead he sends his guy who doesn't know anything. Not to mention they are trying to sell you something that at the end doesn't even work for you. And once you realize that and complain about it (BTW, after you paid them for their useless service), then the quickly recommend you to go somewhere else.
