Toro is a Liar and a lazy ***. Just as **** claimed. We started off good. Then he went on cruise control. Not showing up in court. Not following through on information received from my Surgeon. A Cavalier, careless attorney. 3 weeks ago I saw him gave him an IMPORTANT MRI. He said he would contact my doctor. 3 WEEKS later I found out he NEVER called my Doctor or the office manager.
