I am Spanish and it is not authentic. Spanish with an American twist. Some of the dishes were bland. Portions very small, but priced high. Very noisy and hot. Music doesn’t match with cuisine, rap just isn’t Spanish. Service was slow. Food was just so-so. The wine list extremely inflated rule of thumb is 100 to 200 percent mark up, they were in excess of 1000% on some wines. They were selling a retail 20.00 bottle for 238. This restaurant dont know how cook the real "paella valenciana". Don't be a liar...
No pidáis paella, desde Valencia España, la ciudad de la Paella Valenciana, no la recomiendo.
For a big party be ready to spend a lot of money. (We were 5). The food was good but very small portions even for tapas restaurant. Blood sausage and chorizo were very good. Also, veggie paella was good.
