I contacted Scott about an apartment and he was terrific to work with from the start to the closing! I appreciated his help in every part of the deal, and he went the extra mile to get me information that was very helpful. I will be sure to contact Scott again!

If you've ever owned a condominium in Utah County, you've probably been inundated with their junk mail. I've received as many as three mailings in a day from them!! I've sent letters and made phone calls on four different occasions asking them to please stop the mailings and remove me from their mailing list, noting that if I ever did sell my condo, it certainly wouldn't be through them. They'll rip you off. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. I mean this in all sincerity. They are very unorganized, unprofessional, and they are just out to get your money. My wife and I tried to do some business with them and they never returned our phone calls and gave us many unfulfilled promises. One time I called Scott and he told me, "I don't deal with that part, you'll have to talk to Derek." And then he hung up. I couldn't believe that they would treat their clients like that.
