We were robbed at gun point on this bus entering Mexico on this bus , But I think it was a inside job Because how is it that the robbers took the passengers wallets and phone But did not touch the bus driver at all ! And once we got robbed "Supposedly the bus driver called his manager and reported it to the bus station" after that I called my mom , The lady beside me they left her her phone but took her visa and wallet And she let me borrow her phone and I called my mom And then my mom called the bus station. La peor compania para viajar yo recomiendo buscar otra opcion aqui no mi hermano viajo de aguascalientrs a oklahoma con visa y el chofer le dijo que ellos no pueden viajar con personas con visa y lo bajaron del camion le dijo el chofer que tenia que ir caminando al puente uno y no lo quiso esperar en el puente de laredo y se tubo que venir en otro de otra conpania son muy rudos con las personas igual el servicio al cliente nesecitan ir a clases de educacion

This company sucks, the bus driver broke my guitar and the case to when he was loading it. He didn’t respond for it he was very rude worse costumer service ever.

Cuando los choferes aprendan que su prioridad son los pasajeros y no estan transportando prisioneros por que asi los tratan solo les falta portar armas para completar la escena de sicarios . Son irrespetuosos groseros en su gran mayoria .. pense que mi primer experiencia con esta compania seria un caso aislado Son ya varias veces que veo como tratan a los pasajeros .. no tardara mucho en que haya un altercado entre chofer y algun pasajero que no permita ser tratado mal y encima pagar por eso .. terrible linea No p... read more

When you think that your customers don't deserve be treat with respect, you realize that this business is not worth it. I understand sometimes the staff are only workers that can't be able to solvent big problems. However, given the true and correct information about schedules and ticket changes are important objects. Don't waste your money on this business, you deserve better than this.

Really bad service delayed for 1 hour, then my mom had to waited for 2 more hrs in Dallas because they said the ticket was incomplete even when the ticket said where exactly she goes, dum people they treated her in bad manners, I'am very angry, and at first I called to Expresso and they sold a Tornado ticket with no advice, when we arrive 1 hr before like they said, they gave me the ticket and still this lady didn't say nothing, at the time to go up the bus the driver said is for the Tornado not here, very, very mad at all t... read more
