Very bad service in front desk, they oversale tickets and easily they said, you can take the next bus 3 hours later, take any other option you have available, I never will take this bus again.

We need to stop being fooled by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $70,000 of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. I travel on June 11 from Dallas to San Luis Potosí, when we arrive to Laredo Texas we had to change bus, one of my luggage was missing, I file a report, since then nobody give me a answer, finally coming back , since 1 pm from San Luis, transfer on Matehuala, lost 45 minutes, transfer on Laredo Mexico, another 30 minutes,transfer , wait on the border a 3 hours waiting , we expect just to drop 2 that travel to Houston, but , surprise, we had to wait for another bus to make another transfer, bus is full, no need to move all pe... read more

Purchased a one way ticket from Houston to San Luis, was told to be there at 7to depart at 8pm bus showed up until 10, changed buses 2 times at the border and then they were late about 4 hours, the last stop in Matehuala bus driver made another stop to go get a shot, how much more delay are we going to have ?

Will not book with them again! Our scheduled depart time was at 12:25 am we got there at 10pm waited for tornado bus to arrive and they never did! They also lied about arriving at 11:45! Still waiting for a refund. What a fraude of a company! Do not recommend. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before booking with them!!
