I went to 3 classes, which was a cutoff for the membership. "If you're not happy, you can cancel your contract " Nope, I had to pay for a full year! Gym staff nice! However, the contract is crap!!!
Great Gym with fantastic coaches. I dropped 60 pounds and have loved every minute of it!
I sent an email with a few questions and received nothing but a short, unhelpful, grammatically-incorrect response from Benny. I asked a few more questions seeking elaboration and some discussion on the culture of Tornado Alley CrossFit; I was told to check the site. Strange response for a company that said they prefer emails over phone calls. I will not be spending a single cent here.
