I recommend this company highly. The staff was helpful, and patient with all of my questions. This was not a process I knew anything about and they were willing to help me through it. My mother moved in with us and wanted her tornado shelter moved with her! I called and spoke with Leslie and she was so kind. She was on vacation but took time to speak to me, answer all my questions, send me the invoice, and confirm my appointment. Today, Jared came and was so kind. He was professional, polite, and efficient in deconstructing and the reinstalling it at my house. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a storm shelter!
We just had our storm shelter installed by Tornado Alley, the installer was very prompt, helpful, and worked quickly! Hopefully we do not need to use the storm shelter but we are grateful that Tornado Alley had modular options to fit our garage in case of an emergency!
