This at first seemed like a great place to do business with however as soon as I changed my mind and canceled my order it became apparent it was not. The owner became irate and nasty and said he was going to charge me the credit card fees. I understood his disappointment in losing a sale and agreed to that but then he charged well over the amount and at my credit card companies urging I disputed the charge. Tornado Alley Armor is absolutely terrific to work with! I originally purchased our shelter in 2020, installing in our garage myself. We recently purchased a new car that necessitated reconfiguration of the front of the unit, moving the door over as well as reversing the hinge side. Because of the incredible engineering that went into the shelter, all I needed extra was four anchor bolts and a couple hours of time to disassemble/reassemble.
