Worst property management services. They claim they have security footage, but they do not. We had 3 bikes stolen, 3 cars broken into, and no action was taken. Unacceptable.
This management company has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. Homeless people have tried to break into our unit which is all caught on video. No extra security measures were taken by the company. We have an infant and animals even and they won’t fix our exhaust vent fan above our stove, that has been broken for coming up to 6 weeks now. We pay $6300 a month and this isn’t luxury living at all.
