It's is official so I can now post it. I have known since 2 June but didn't want to jinx it until it was closed. Our Lake Tapps, Wa. house that we have held onto for last 3 years waiting on the right market. This was the right market. The house listed late on 1 Jun and had our 1st offer in < 18 hours. We just purchased our home with Toril and Johnny. They were there for our every whim we were so impressed with them we have referred our sister and our mom and dad that are both currently working with them. They definitely made the process of selling and buying easy for their clients. These people are crazy thorough and timely. And to top it off, Johnny personally delivered a house warming gift made just for our family. We will be using only them in the future.
