Very disappointing. We booked 12 months ago and we paid in full via booking.com 48 hours prior to arrival date and arrived for check in only to be told our booking was cancelled. The receptionist was blaming booking.com however the hotel cancelled our booking, NOT booking.com. We were emailing the hotel only 3 weeks ago with questions about the booking to which they replied to each question. At no time did we cancel the booking. Clean modern room with comfortable chairs. Amazing guest kitchen. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.
Clean room Good for 1-2 nights. Recommend for a short stay with family.
