Only offices. Not a restaurant.
DAMN bad TACO. Generic production fast food quality and taste. Tortilla was hard and chewy/tough, fish was overcooked and lacked flavor . Beans and rice were barely warm, Street corn was undercooked. Torchy's has gone corporate and should change their name. Torchybell, or Toughtacos or Chewyhard Taco or Damnbad Taco. Nobueno Taco. Torchys is no longer good quality food!
When you have a corporate office where no one live answers the phones, your company brand is probably out of touch? Just called to complain about a location here in OH. We had a huge issue with the food, then the way the manager(s) handled it. I just left a message on their VM during NORMAL business hours. I am giving Torchy's corporate 24 hours to contact me.
