I love Torchy's. The food's great, and I go every chance I get. However, at this location there's not enough indoor seating, so we sat in the outdoor seating area. The birds hang out too close to the tables. I couldn't turn my back for a moment because the birds would get my food.
Nachos not worth. Drove into drive thru waited 5+ mins, asked if anyone is there. No answer drove up still nothing. Went back waited again. Was about to Exit when I asked again and someone answered. 15 mins to take order. I guess that's normal at this location. There were 4-5 people working inside. Managers maybe tell your people to Say hi and tell people to Wait, something instead of ignoring paying customers Not going back here.
