I’ve been a longtime customer but man, this place has really gone downhill. Nonexistent service and low quality ingredients. Free queso appetizer is advertised but not ringing up on the kiosk— cashier attendant completely unwilling to offer any remedy. We will not be back.

Eliza was fantastic! Always friendly, patient, and made ordering such a great experience. Our food was delicious! Thank you, Eliza, for the excellent customer service!!
Fix your to go process. Waited 15 minutes next to the to go rack the whole time my food was upfront.
The food we got was gross. We will never order from any Torchys again.
