My experience today was amazing!! Ryan took great care of me she is very knowledgeable about the company, providing outstanding hospitality, and made me feel very welcome!!! If I could give her 1mil stars I would! I gave 1 star just because of poor customer experience. They took 30 mins for an order of 4 tacos. And when I got home it was clear that the food was packed much earlier since they had turned soggy. There were two other individuals standing after me who were frustrated too with the delay. And I had to follow up twice before the food bag was handed to me. Please note that they did not have a bunch of orders before me
Wasn't really that impressed with the food I got. Granted, I've only got churros, and chips and salsa. Both visits they didn't have something I ordered online.
