Highly disappointed wouldn’t sum up this review. On 01/17/26 I placed a To go order at 5:42pm. My My order was said to be ready at 6:03pm. I walked in Torchy Tacos to receive my order no welcomed me. And there was one person out on the floor but they were a bus, so I asked for assistance to receive my order. They took an additional 5 minutes to come to the front to find out why I was there. Food was just ok.
We ordered DoorDash, and after 2 tries we still did not get most of our food (missing all 5 entrees and 2 sides), only got sides and sauces. We tried to get a redelivery and still only got a couple items, and they were cold. We didn't want to try a third time at that point.
