I placed an order for pick up on Uber. I came 10 minutes after my latest guesstimated/suggested pick up time. While I’m sitting here waiting for four tacos (small order) people who placed to-go orders during my wait, received their food before me. This is the third time that this has happened. I prefer to order in advance to save time and be efficient. I won’t be back and that’s unfortunate because I live in the area. I’ll just order or pick up from Rreal Tacos from now on.
OMG Niah with the Beautiful Blue Hair was Amazing!!! She was very patient with me and very nice and funny as well. She recommended some great choices and her personality was very welcoming and pleasant..She deserves a raise for the Top Tier customer service I received. Thank you Niah I’ll definitely be back with friends and family
I love Torchy's! The food and service is always great. My go-to taco is the trailer park (trashy style of course.) Honorable mention to the republican, fried avocado, and hogfather. My partner used to live in Texas so he has been very happy to see Torchy's come to Atlanta. We hope it stays around for a long time; we recently visited for Friday lunch, which has historically been a very busy time, and we were only one of three tables eating there...
