I always love torchy’s as a reliable place for when I just want something quick, and I know what I’m gonna get. Unfortunately this visit was not the tasty reliable taco that I’m used to. Both of my tacos came on cold, slightly stiff tortillas. Super off putting for what is expected to be a hot taco. The my must have changed the tortilla recipe too because they didn’t taste very good either. I didn’t even eat my second taco because I was so put off by the quality of food. Well we can start by saying this location is much different from the rest when it comes to true hospitality and guest connection. There is no one greeting or sending off the guests, something that never fails to happen at the mueller location. I understand to combat labor you are using kiosks, but aside from the human interaction fearing staff, it makes it even less of an experience and you genuinely feel like a transaction.
