This was our first visit to Torchy’s Tacos after it was recommended to us, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. My father is a handicapped Vietnam War veteran, and both designated handicap parking spaces were already taken when we arrived. We had to park in a regular space, which made getting his wheelchair in and out of the vehicle extremely difficult.
