Zeke is very courteous and helpful. He helped me with the self check kiosk and afterwards when I didn’t order correctly. He was busy keeping the customer area clean. Very friendly and my experience better than I expected. Thank you Zeke!
The tacos and drinks are very good. We eat here and do pick up order semi frequently. However, when you are doing a pick up, you need to be careful and check your order. Multiple times, tacos were missing and we realized it when we got back home.
Great food but the new kiosk is a major flaw! My recent visit to this Torchy's location was disappointing due to the new ordering process. They've replaced cashiers with just two kiosks, which created a significant bottleneck. I waited for 10 minutes just to get to a machine, and the ordering interface itself was surprisingly cumbersome and slow to navigate.
