Ms. Katy (Westchase) was warm, kind and patient. I couldn't remember the name of the taco I usually get, but as soon as I began describing it to her she knew to pull out the "Secret Menu". I was also grateful for how she took time to answer my questions and edit my items, as needed, without seeming to mind that I was a little "all over the place" with my order. Thank you, Ms Katy!
