Very loud, the cashier was almost yelling to communicate.
I love Torchy’s! This location is pretty spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest they work on is trying to get their to go orders out in a timely manner. I went around 2p which is not a busy time, there were about 5 customers inside. I only ordered 1 taco and waited 17 minutes to finally get my order!! Also the taco I got was decent but the tortilla was not the usual flour tortilla they use, this tortilla seemed store bought and very spongy. Maybe it is just this location but not sure.
Visited this location on 4/5/2025 at 6 pm. Ordered a crossroads and a baja shrimp on flour tortilla. My order came in after 25 minutes wait time on corn tortillas. Returned the meal and asked for correction and they brought my order back on flour tortilla as supposed to be but this time they didn’t put the sauces on them. Long wait time, employee with lack of attention. Result: mistake on orders made and waste of time. Go somewhere else.
Great tacos every time! And my CFO approves!
