I ordered three bowls from this Torchy’s location, and I was very disappointed. I usually order these bowls because they’re filling and packed with ingredients, but this time all three containers were noticeably underfilled. There wasn’t nearly enough food compared to what I normally receive. It’s frustrating to pay full price and get such small portions, especially when I’ve had much better experiences at other Torchy’s locations. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but I expect more consistency in portion sizes.

You want the best tacos in Katy? Then go!!!! Right now!!! I-10 exit 747B. Reyna will hook you up. Hopefully her corp mgmt will come to their senses and get rid of those annoying automated ordering kiosks and hire the staff needed to greet customers and assist with their orders just like Reyna did with warmth, knowledge & salesmanship. AI cannot nor will ever replace an experienced employee when it comes to treating customers right. Am I right?
