yall better give me my $100 deposit I called I emailed. if I have to come there again the santa cruz police will be called I already contacted the health department about that nasty pool. there is brown matter and water in the pool uncovered and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. They charged me $100 $50 each room deposit that wasn't on the original charge. They only charged us because we are black. I asked a white woman did she have to pay a deposit and she said no. . IT'S ABSOLUTELTY HORRIBLE, PERIOD.
I honestly think that these people who give these bad reviews are from city's and stuck up because my newly married wife and I liked it here...granted the non smoking room was a little bummer but all in all a good place to stay for us on our Honey Moon. Had a great night sleep on a comfortable bed and watched HBO while eating pizza and enjoying our stay at the "Torch Light Inn".
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I stayed here for work so the room ended up being under a supervisors name. I tried to get another key (2 keys 4 people in a room) and the guy got extremely angry. I had my supervisor come to the hotel and he proceeded to YELL at her and tell her the people in our room were partying until midnight.
