OMNOMNOM THIS is where I need to go to eat when I come back to visit the Bay Area. The food is DIVINE and so is Topsy. XOXO
This beautiful small cafe has the best menu ever! They have French and Spanish dishes so wonderful and Gorgeous in display. I personally had their “croquet madam”. It was so tasty and had a bed of greens very fresh. You must try this if you have never experienced a French breakfast. My husband “papa dolce”. Sweet daddy. Eggs chorizo and a so wonderful blend of spices new to the palette. If you’re walking by this place anytime you should try. Ask for the orange water. It’s delicate. 💕💕💕💕💕

This place is amazing! My Mom evacuated from her home in Santa Rosa at 3AM Monday morning during the chaos of the fires. She slept in her car for a couple nights at a full bed shelter. Her appetite came back after the stressful situation and she found your restaurant. She usually eats like a bird, but ordered a "truckers/farmers/loggers" type breakfast and you treated her to a meal. Thank you so much from our Family. It brought her to tears.
