We had a condo facing the ocean. Well furnished. Very helpful and friendly staff. We rented through Gibson Beach Rentals.

Very much not worth the money. The apartment we received, was in a great location indeed, overlooking the beach, and was clean and had the minimal required amenities, appliances dishes, etc, so we can't formally complain. Unfortunately, the standard of furniture, walls, appliances, amenities etc was of the lowest quality. There is a stark contrast between how the resort looks from the outside and where the guests actually stay overnight. I would NEVER book here. We have to plan vacations a year in advanced because of my wife's job. 2 weeks before we are to arrive I was told the HOA just notified the agency we would not have access to our condo. This was our anniversary weekend and have people flying in to meet us. Of course 2 weeks out it is near impossible to find something comparable (on the beach, views east and west w/ space for a visitor if needed). Shame on me for wanting to try something new, stick with what you know and dont gamble with this condo.
