I just wanted to write and thank you all at Topside Construction Inc for a job really well done (which is rare nowadays!). I’d also like to mention how pleasant and polite everyone has been – which is also unusual today. Your scaffolding firm too also were extremely pleasant lads. So congratulations and thanks all round to everyone involved
My purpose in writing is to express my appreciation of the speed and efficiency at which you organised and carried out this work. You fielded my request one day, got the estimate to me on the second day, did the work on the third day and I got a receipted invoice on the fourth day. If you are trying for some kind of record I will happily sign your petition.
The man you sent to do the work was clean in appearance, considerate in his approach and tidy in his working practices. When it comes to roofing only time will tell but I think I have good reason to believe that the quality of his work matches his other good qualities.
Performed the job as advertised and stated with their estimate, fast, efficient and courteous. Final project turned out great.
