(This will be a long review) Ok, if you have a Subaru and need anything from maintenance to a full engine replacement/build look no further. Topshelf is by far the best Subaru shop in the state. I would recommend them over P&L 10/10 times. They also aren't limited to Subarus either, I've seen them with Evo's, Nissans, and many other manufacturers in their shop as well. I've had two excellent experiences with Cody and his team at Topshelf. These guys know Subies and for someone like myself who loves his car, but doesn't necessarily have the knowledge or means to fix every little thing, having them only a short drive away lends a welcome piece of mind. From timely execution to coming in at or under-estimate they have done it all. I highly recommend their work and I can't think of a reason to take my car anywhere else. My only regret is not finding them sooner.
I order most of my parts through the shop and have never had an issue, great service all around. I'm probably going to need to replace my stock engine in the next year or so, and I know I'll be having them do the work!
Wanted to purchase a set of ISC coil overs but unfortunately ISCs factory is down for a month. Cody immediately got me a quote on a comparable set, for almost the same I would have spent on the ISCs. Very happy with my decision, and they got me the order in under 3 business days! Thanks again Cody!
These guys are a lot of fun and really enjoy what they do. I set up an appointment and drove my '05 Legacy GT Wagon down to Portage. They tore into it and ultimately fixed the issue even though there was more to it than first thought. They let me hang around all day while the work was done. Thanks big time especially to Mario and Alonso and Josh for entertaining me, educating me, and fixing my oil leaks!
Shout to topshelf performance and alonso for rolling my rear fenders. It wasn't easy as the car is older and has some rust but they are knowledgeable and did a great job. Thanks guys
